The space INSIDE: Kick off your shoes and settle into vacation mode. The living room is the perfect chill zone with a cozy faux fireplace, squishy couch, and a TV for movie nights or lazy mornings. Just a few steps away, there’s a sunny dining nook for six and a bright, cheerful kitchen that’s ready for everything from pancake flips to wine-and-cheese nights. Both bathrooms are decked out with spa-like walk-in showers (no tiny tubs here!). And when you need a little extra space to spread out, the downstairs lounge is your go-to hangout—with another TV, more comfy seating, and major nap vibes. Other things to note All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp, wifi connections & may have camera's outside at the entrance) Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund Max occupancy at all times is 6, violation will result in removal without refund. Max 2 pets are allowed, but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund. NOTE: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. If winter conditions make travel unsafe or if there are road closures preventing you from reaching the cottage, you have flexible options: ❄ Delay Your Arrival – If the cottage is available, you can shift your stay by a day or two. ❄ Reschedule – Move your booking to a future date that works for you. ❄ Full Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can cancel for a full refund.
