This lovely new house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms where you will feel at home and we will take care of your comfort. There is an ocean view from the upstairs balcony. The space We will be glad to see you in our new room located on the second floor of the Villa. You will have your own large bathroom with hot water and towels, as well as a king-size bed, air conditioning, fan, mini-fridge, TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a work area for your comfort, where you can work remotely. Here you can forget about stress, seclude yourself in a peaceful place, wake up to the singing of birds. The villa is located a 5-7 minute walk from Kendwa Beach and restaurants in downtown Kendwa. We will make sure that this room becomes your second home while on vacation. Guests are provided with keys to the room and to the entrance to the Villa, as well as free secure parking inside the territory. Guest access Guests are welcome to use any outdoor area and BBQ area. There is also a smoking area near the room and in the common area. Guests will have their own access via an external staircase to go up to the second floor, as well as the keys to the room and to the main entrance to come and go at any convenient time. We live in the next house on the same property and are always happy to help guests. Other things to note 🏝 Safety in Zanzibar The property is located in a safe area in the center of Kendwa, but, as everywhere, please do not leave your belongings unattended on the beach or in a cafe. It is better to keep valuables in the room and close the door when you leave the house. We have 24/7 security on the premises. ⚡️Electricity. Electricity is supplied to Zanzibar Island from the mainland, so we cannot control random power outages. We recommend keeping phones and other devices charged 🚗 Transport Taxis and motorcycles are the best way to get around the island. Public transport is limited. Let us know if you need help arranging an airport transfer or a trip around the island, it's better to do it in advance. 🏖Tours and leisure. If you need help organizing a tour or you want to celebrate a birthday, wedding or other important event, or you just need a recommendation for a good restaurant, let us know and we will make your vacation as pleasant, beautiful and comfortable as possible. 📍Location Ideally located in the center of Kendwa, restaurants are a 1-minute walk away, the most beautiful beach in Zanzibar is 5-7 minutes away, you can swim around the clock, shops are 2 minutes from the villa. The hottest party, Full Moon Pati, is held at the Kendwa Hotel, 3-5 minutes' walk away. Near the villa, there are local houses and you can feel the flavor of Zanzibar and see with your own eyes how ordinary people live, who are very welcoming and friendly. The territory of the villa is very quiet, calm and cozy. 🏡Territory On the territory, you can see how papaya ripens, different types of exotic flowers and plants. We are constantly working to improve the adjacent territory. We have free parking for guests' cars and motorcycles. In the evening and at night, the entire territory of the villa is illuminated.
