The space This two-story townhouse in Colorado Springs is designed for comfort, functionality, and style—perfect for group getaways or extended stays. 🅿️ Parking You’ll have access to one parking space inside the garage, two spaces in front of the garage. Please avoid parking along the shared side of the back fence or blocking the rear neighbor’s access. Street parking should be limited—Please use the garage as your primary option. Guest access 🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
