Barcelona Apartment

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a renovated Cortijo. The cortijo is located on top of the mountain and offers a panoramic view and lots of privacy. The apartment is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is a balcony on the 2nd floor and a terrace on the ground floor. There is a spacious swimming pool available. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bed can be used as a double bed or as two single beds. The space The farm is rural, located on top of the mountain, 480 meters, with a beautiful panoramic view of our olive grove, the village and the surrounding mountains. The apartment was refurbished and redecorated in 2025. The apartment is on the second floor and can only be reached by stairs and has its own terrace. There is an adjacent apartment with its own private terrace. On the ground floor, there is also a terrace, which is shared for both apartments. Guest access You can use the apartment, your balcony and the terrace located on the ground floor. There are two swimming pools. Depending on the occupancy in the main house, you can use either one. Swimming pools are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Other things to note You will stay in the countryside of Andalusia in a former farm. Because the cortijo is located high up, there is a high degree of peace and privacy. Around us are still functioning farms and olive groves. This causes noise during working hours. A working day in the south of Spain starts at 9 a.m. and ends around 9 p.m. Between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. there is siesta and many shops, etc. are closed. In winter, the restaurant kitchens open at 8 p.m., in summer at 9 p.m. In the Cortijo there are two apartments for two people (with their own entrance) and the Cortijo itself where 15 people can stay.
