Other things to note 🏠 **General House Rules** Check-In / Check-Out * Check-in: 3:00pm * Check-out: 11:00am * Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. **Occupancy** * Only registered guests are allowed on the property. * No unregistered visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. * Maximum occupancy: 4 **Noise & Respect** * Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM * Please be respectful of neighbors — no loud music or parties. * No events or gatherings without host approval. **Cleanliness** * Please keep the space tidy and clean up after yourself. * Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before check-out. * Dispose of trash and recycling in designated bins. **Smoking & Substances** * No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the property. If smoking outside of the property please pick up and dispose of your cigarette buts accordingly. **Pets** * No pets allowed **Safety** * Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. * No open flames (candles, incense, etc.). * Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security systems. **Parking** Parking for 1 in the driveway is available. **The garage is off limits** There is free visitor parking areas as well. * Please park only in designated areas. **Appliances & Amenities** * Use appliances only as intended. * Turn off lights when not in use or when leaving. **Damages** * Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately. * Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. **Check-Out Procedure** * Double-check for personal items. * Follow the check-out checklist provided.
