Blackout curtains for restful mornings. 🍳 Cook, Dine & Unwind The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal or prep snacks for your next adventure. Supplies include: Non-toxic cookware, spices, cooking oil, coffe & tea, blender, wine glasses, baking dishes, kids utensils and dishes, roasting pan adn more. After dinner, stretch out on the oversized sectional sofa for movie night or game time. ☕ Outdoor Living Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the covered back patio, complete with comfortable seating and a ceiling fan — perfect in any weather. End the day with a soak in the hot tub under the stars. Outdoor games include cornhole and giant Yahtzee. 👶 Traveling with Little Ones? We’ve got you covered — high chair, pack ’n play, baby seat, toys, and books are all provided for an easy family stay. 🐶 Traveling with furry friends? (pet fee applies) We’re happy to welcome your pets! This pet-friendly home features a fully fenced back yard. We provide a crate, food bowls, furniture covers, and a cozy dog bed to help them feel right at home. We kindly ask that all guests clean up after their pets during their stay. Other things to note This home is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood just north of downtown Asheville. The area blends older homes with newer modern builds, and most neighbors are full-time residents. Please help us keep the neighborhood peaceful by observing quiet hours and avoiding street parking that blocks traffic. The small town of Woodfin, NC sits along the scenic French Broad River, and is minutes from the River Arts District (RAD) and the French Broad Greenway. Local breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants are just minutes away, making it easy to explore Asheville’s culinary and arts scene.
