. We are 900 meters from the Novo Rio bus station, with a FREE parking space on the street in front of the building. 1- We have FLEXIBILITY to negotiate early CHECK-IN or postpone the CHECK-OUT time. We have 8 apartments in the same building. 2- CLEAN, SAFE, very COMFORTABLE environment with HIGH-SPEED WI-FI. 3- With fewer than 5 guests, access to the second bedroom has an additional cost of R$50 reais. The space old port area in revitalization of the city currently called PORTO MARAVILHA. Perfect place for those looking for a comfortable, practical and cost-effective stay. Ideal for couples, business travelers or anyone looking for a quiet retreat in the center of Rio. . The LARGEST ROOM (12 sq. m) has a double bed and a bunk bed, 40" smart TV with access to NETFLIX and YOUTUBE, 10,000 BTU Air Conditioning, and we provide a mattress for the 5th guest in the room. We also have the option to remove the double bed and leave the room with two bunk beds (please consult minimum stay to make the change) . The SMALLEST ROOM (8 sq. meters) has a double bed, 10,000 BTU portable air-conditioner, 32" smart TV. We also have the option of setting up the room with a trundle bed, the kind from Tokstok where the middle bed is wider and can easily accommodate two people. . The integrated LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN, in a space of 12 sq. meters. In the LIVING ROOM there is a sofa bed and a table with 4 chairs and a 9,000-BTU split air conditioner. IN THE KITCHEN there is a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and basic kitchen utensils. Considering 5 people in the largest bedroom, 3 people in the smallest bedroom and 2 people in the living room, we reach the apartment's allowed limit of 10 people. But as the apartment is very compact, we suggest this number of people only in short periods of 1 or 2 nights at most. The apartment is on the first floor of the building (1 flight of stairs) and its window is to the internal corridor of the building. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest who makes the reservation. Despite the affordable price, the apartment has no space shared with anyone else. In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the terrace on the third floor, to enjoy a beautiful sunset in downtown Rio. You can see the Maracanã Stadium and a beautiful view of the port area.
