The space Welcome to Savonnerie Cathédrale, a charming 47m² flat situated right in the heart of Rouen’s historic centre. You’ll be just a two-minute walk from the majestic cathedral and the quaint narrow streets that give the city its charm. Thanks to its ideal location, you can explore Rouen entirely on foot: its monuments, museums, restaurants, lively terraces and little local shops. Whether you’re on a business trip, a weekend away with friends or a family getaway, this pied-à-terre is the perfect place to enjoy life in Rouen whilst staying in a modern and comfortable setting. Located on the second floor of a modern, secure building with lift access, the accommodation combines convenience and tranquillity right in the city centre. You’ll find a bright and welcoming living room, equipped with a smart TV with access to VOD apps, high-speed Wi-Fi and electric shutters for added comfort. The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, French press and practical storage. The two bedrooms have been designed to ensure everyone’s privacy and comfort. Each features a double bed, a television with French channels and electric shutters. But above all, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower (rain shower head), heated towel rail, hairdryer and practical storage. You’ll appreciate this little extra touch, which allows everyone to have their own personal space and comfort. A separate toilet is also available. For your comfort during the summer period, three fans will be provided in the accommodation. Bed linen and household linen are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the property at the standard city rates or at the Cathedral car park, right next to the apartment. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm. We ask that you take care of the property and respect both the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide a credit card authorisation via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the property. Would you like to extend your stay a little longer? A one-off fee of €10 applies for early arrival or late departure, subject to availability and prior approval from our concierge team. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note Please note that the building has a lift and the apartment is located on the second floor. Arrivals are via Maître des clefs de l'ArchiDuchesse from 4pm to 8pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.). In the house, all our guests receive linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with a kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel change, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Please treat the accommodation as you would your own home: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
