Located just 20 m from the beach and a 5 min walk to the port, shops and Palais Bénédictine, it offers a peaceful and rejuvenating living environment. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. Whether you're looking for a place to telecommute or a welcoming place for a family vacation, this house combines comfort and tranquility. Linens and towels are provided. The space The house is on two floors. - On the ground floor: The living room, which is equipped with a TV with streaming services (PRIME, DISNEY, PARAMOUNT, MAX...). The kitchen with all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc. - On the first floor: A first bedroom with a double bed 140*200, a single bed 90*190 and a dressing room at your disposal. The bathroom with a bathtub. Toilets - On the second floor: A second bedroom (sea view) with a queen size double bed 160*200 and a single bed 90*190. A wardrobe is available as well as a desk (ideal for teleworking). Guest access You will have access to the entire house. For reservations of 3 people or fewer, if you want to use both bedrooms, you will be asked to pay an additional €10 per night. Other things to note Bed linen, bath linen and cleaning included.
