Chalet in the heart of a beautiful wooded park

Welcome to our warm chalet located in a quiet hamlet at the gates of the "Millevaches" Regional Natural Park. Whether you're looking for tranquility, outdoor adventure, or a family getaway, our cottage is a perfect place to unwind. The cottage is located in the heart of a beautiful 4800 m² fenced park, offering a real immersion in nature. Our 110m² chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The space Enjoy a cozy interior with all the necessary amenities: - A large living room of 70 m² with a living area (2 sofas and several armchairs, TV with Netflix and Disney +, coffee tables...) equipped with a wood stove as well as a dining room for at least 8 people. - A fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen equipment... - 3 comfortable bedrooms (a master suite with queen bed and bathtub +toilet in the bathroom, one second with a queen bed, the third with 2 beds of 90). The bedrooms come with wardrobes and various storage. Bedding and pillows are available. When you check in, the beds will be made. All beds are fitted with quality Epeda mattresses. - Bathroom with shower cubicle, wc and washing machine. Towels are available (1 large +1 small + 1 glove per person). The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating in addition to the wood stove (very good thermal insulation, extra charge for the wood stove). Also enjoy the outdoors with a 40m² covered terrace overlooking a 4800m² wooded park. At your disposal on the latter a table for 6 people, plancha...Inside the park you will also find a pétanque court as well as cozy corners with table and umbrella. The gite contains several parking spots. Other things to note Near the gite, you will have access to many hiking and mountain biking trails (forest massif of 2500 ha with the highest point being Mont Gargan 20 minutes away, many Terra Aventura are present in the region). You will also find rivers for fishing enthusiasts (Combade 4 minutes, Vienna 13 minutes) and many fishing and swimming lakes (Châteauneuf la forêt 2 minutes, Bujaleuf 20 minutes, Vassivière 30 minutes). The cottage is located 20 km from the A20 "Paris Sud" highway, many excursions are possible during the day: Eymoutiers 15 min, Saint Léonard de Noblat 20 min, Limoges 30 minutes, Oradour sur Glane 1 hour, Rocamadour 1.5 hours, Sarlat 1.5 hours, Dordogne Valley 1.5 hours...
