The space Convenient and carefully decorated, this apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a stay in Angoulême. 🌙 THE SLEEPING AREA - Very comfortable king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) - Starry sky and light shows to create the atmosphere you like - Hotel-grade bed linen is provided The TV is in the center of the apartment and can be swiveled 360° so you can enjoy it from the sofa, the bed, the kitchen, and even the hot tub. 🏠 THE LIVING ROOM - Fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, utensils,... - Dining area: elevated countertop with 2 stools - Living room with a very comfortable sofa 🫧 THE BATHROOM - Bathtub for 2 people with massage jets ⚠️ Please note, out of respect for the neighborhood, the massage jets are cut from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. During these hours, you can of course enjoy a nice hot bath. - Sensory shower with different jets: mist, rain, waterfalls,... - Starry sky & lights to create the atmosphere you like - Furniture with double basins and led mirror, towel dryer, hairdryer, … - Towels and bath mats are provided POSSIBLE OPTION(S) 🧀 Appetizer platter featuring cheeses and charcuterie, prepared by a local cheese maker + jams, butter, bread, and 1 complimentary bottle of Prosecco (rate available upon request) 💕 Romantic decoration, made according to your preferences and your budget: rose petals, balloons, bouquet of flowers, etc. (proposal on quote) Guest access 🔑 24-hour self check-in and check-out using a key box. The accommodation is available to you from 4 p.m., and checkout is at 10 a.m. ！ ️ If you wish, you can book an early check-in or late check-out to change your check out and/or check in time (for a small fee) Other things to note 🚘 To park your vehicle, there are paid parking spaces available at the foot of the building from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can also park in an underground parking lot, or in free spaces, within a 5-minute walk. 🚭 No smoking inside the apartment. We have a zero-tolerance policy: any trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.) may be subject to additional charges. 🐶 No pets allowed in the apartment. 🔇 Quiet hours must be respected from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. and parties are strictly forbidden. The building's common areas are equipped with a video surveillance camera.
