The 3 en-suites and the bedroom feature SPLIT air-conditioning and the bathrooms are spacious, 2 of them fully renovated. Only one bedroom is not an en-suite. The room consists of 3 environments: living room with SMART TV where you can watch NETFLIX, and also has cable TV channels (Oi TV), dining room and a resting environment. It has high-power SPLIT air-conditioning. The house has an external flat to the main house that has a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with TV, an open kitchen and a bathroom. The house also has an incredible air-conditioned gourmet area with an electric barbecue, grill oven and 2-burner stove. In addition to enjoying a place to gather the family for meals, such as barbecue, pizza or gastronomic forays, you can also play pool at a professional table.
