This completely renovated former bread oven accommodating 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds) is located in a beautiful Normandy property of more than three hectares, close to the Brotonne forest and the Risle valley, and not far from Honfleur (30 min) and Deauville/Trouville (40 min) whose access is facilitated by the entrance to the highway in the immediate vicinity. You will be seduced by its rustic charm, its wooded and flowery park, as well as its pond. The space The accommodation consists of a living room with fireplace and connected TV, an equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, a triple gas stove (stovetop, oven and dishwasher), microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and Tassimo coffee machine, shower room with toilet, sunny veranda with nice unobstructed view of the garden and overlooking a terrace equipped with an awning, garden furniture and barbecue. The floor, served by an interior staircase and an exterior staircase, consists of two bedrooms in a row with two single beds (80 x 200) respectively, which can be pushed together to form a Queen Size bed (160 x 200), and two single beds (90 x 190) that can be pushed together to form a King Size bed.
