Hammock Lodge

Relax in a self contained lodge set in a peaceful garden. It has its own patio area with table, chairs and optional use of a log burner. Hammocks are available to use under the trees alongside the lodge. Just 6 miles to Bournemouth beach, shops and attractions. Conveniently close to Bournemouth airport for those staying for a stop over before an early flight. A tranquil base surrounded by nature and the River Stour which makes for a beautiful evening walk. I look forward to welcoming you. The space Park on the drive and enjoy Hammock lodge. Equipped with a standard double bed with wall lights above. A sofa, wall fan, wifi and smart TV. USB points located behind the bedside tables. Plenty of storage space and hangers in the wardrobes provided. The kitchen area has a microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle. Cutlery as standard. Tea and coffee supplied, plus biscuits and bottled water :-) The shower room has a basin, toilet and shelf unit for bathroom bags. There is a heater and automatic pir light for late night visits. The outside area has the use of a patio area, table and chairs. There is a log burner for your use, either bring your own firewood or purchase directly. There are two Hammocks for your use to relax under the trees alongside the lodge. Everything for a an enjoyable stay. Guest access Guest have use of the patio area adjoining the lodge as well as the gravel area under the trees where the Hammocks can be used. Other things to note Just a 5 - 10 minute walk to the River Stour Bus stops 2 -3 minute walk away. The bus can take you to Bournemouth town/pier or off to Wimbourne Logs are available for the log burner but are charged for £8 for a half bag, £15 for a full bag or you can bring your own. The kitchen is small and basic with no oven or grill, just a toaster, microwave and fridge. There are lots of local take out places and several very good restaurants and pubs locally.
