YOUR OBLIGATION IS NOT TO LEAVE any kind of "souvenir" of your Pet in the apartment for the next guest. You MUST ensure the cleanliness of the apartment, remove hair, residue and smells from the apartment for the next guest, who may have some kind of allergy to smells/hair. Agreed?? Guest access Our check-in times are from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Our check-out time is 12 noon Guests can use up to 2 parking spaces. Charge of R$60.00 per night for each additional guest (from 8 people - adults or children) YOUR use of the building is RESTRICTED ONLY to the apartment, ALL OTHER common areas of the condominium CANNOT be used by guests, it is for EXCLUSIVE USE by RESIDENTS. The following are also PROHIBITED: - Portable barbecue grills on the apartment balconies and condo premises. ONLY electric grills can be used in the kitchen or those that are used on top of the stove. - Sitting on the internal or external stairs, sunbathing, playing ball, playing, riding a bicycle, etc... THE BEST SPACE AND LEISURE AREA is in front of the building, THE BEACH Other things to note NO SMOKING INSIDE AND ON THE BALCONIES OF THE APARTMENT AND ALSO IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE BUILDING. YES!! SMOKING ONLY ON THE SIDEWALK, remember to take your ashtray, always washing it after using it. NON-NEGOTIABLE !!!
