Set in the picturesque Sammamish Valley and Woodinville Wine Country, Hollywood Manor is a world away from routine and steps from wine tasting, cuisine, recreation, concerts, events and more. Corporate retreat, wedding rehearsal dinner, special events; this is the perfect place. The space Overnight stay includes the use of the entire manor and lawn. Areas include: • Kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes & cutlery • A/V equipment • Six bistro tables & stools • Gazebo chairs & propane fire pit • Indoor & outdoor games Basement is excluded. Elevator permitted with prior instructions and permission. Other things to note Any damages to the property as a result of your stay will be an additional charge. Signing this agreement indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. APPLICANT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING 1. Clean-up all tables, chairs, countertops, kitchen area, and sweep floor. The clean-up list is in the kitchen. 2. Events with more than 15 guests require the use of a licensed caterer and/or bartender. 3. Remove all garbage and recycling from the facility. No garbage is to be left outside or overflowing the garbage bins. Place extra garbage and recycling in the dumpsters on the north side of the parking lot. 4. The Hollywood Manor facility is within a residential community; all events must end by 11:00pm or earlier as designated in this agreement. The group must be clean and clear of the building no later than one hour after the scheduled end of the event. Halt band or DJ music at the designated end time or 10:00pm, whichever is earlier. 5. Alcohol consumption during an event requires a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. Go to the WLCB website for information. A copy of the banquet permit must be received by Hollywood Manor prior to the event and posted at the event. Under no circumstances will the onsite sale of alcohol be permitted. Beer, wine, and mixed drinks: no shots. NO kegs are permitted. Consumption of alcohol by minors is prohibited by state law and will be strictly enforced, or the rental activity will be halted immediately and the deposit will be forfeited. 6. Provide proof of Event Insurance listing TM Squared LLC/DBA Hollywood Manor at Tenhulzen Reserve as the co-insured one week before the event 7. All deliveries must be made during the designated rental period and picked up immediately after the event. Early delivery or late pick-up must be arranged in advance and will incur an additional charge. 8. Damage to appliances, finish surfaces, furnishings, linens, the structure or the grounds resulting in repair(s) and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file for the actual cost to repair or replace. 9. Any usage that requires additional cleaning resulting in an added cleaning fee to return the Manor to its pre-event condition will be charged to the credit card on file. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF THE FACILITY AND PENALTIES I • Hollywood Manor, (HM), reserves the right to halt, at its discretion, any rental activities that HM considers to be detrimental to the HM’s best interest. HM reserves the right to attempt to peacefully remove from the premises any individual HM considers to be acting in a manner detrimental to HM’s best interests. If a halt to the activities is necessary due to excessive noise, the event spilling out to the parking lot/street and disturbing residents, public drunkenness or use of drugs on the premises or any other reason not specified here but deemed by HM Employee and an authorized HM Official to be detrimental to the interests of HM, the renter agrees that such intervention in the event constitutes the fulfillment of the rental agreement by HM, and that the renter has no recourse, legal or otherwise, against the HM for recovery of prepaid rental fees and damage deposits. Occurrence such as mentioned above will result in a $1000 fine. • Hollywood Manor is a smoke free facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will incur a $500 fine. • Fireworks are strictly prohibited in unincorporated King County and in the City of Woodinville. Use of fireworks on Hollywood Manor property will incur a $500 fine and may result in a civil penalty. • Fighting, possession of weapons or illegal drugs will cause immediate halt to the rental activity and the police will be called, a police report filed and a fine of $1000 charged to the card on file. • Absolutely NO GLITTER! All decorations must be free standing. DO NOT affix decorations to any surface with staples, tape, nails or other devices not approved by Hollywood Manor management. No glitter or confetti is allowed on the property. The use of lit candles and open flames is strictly prohibited. • Failure to abide by any restrictions in this rental agreement will forfeit your deposit and could result in additional charges. I HEREBY, for myself, my guests, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives (hereinafter collectively, “Releasor”, or “Applicant”, which terms shall also include Releasor’s parents or guardian if Releasor is under 18 years of age), knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my rental of Hollywood Manor; and I HEREBY release and forever discharge Hollywood Manor, Tenhulzen Reserve, TM Squared LLC, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns (collectively “Releasees”), from any physical or psychological injury that the party may suffer as a direct result of renting the facility for the agreed upon event date, duration and terms herein. If any party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of God, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage beyond its reasonable control, or other causes beyond its reasonable control, such party shall not be liable to any other party for any damages. THE APPLICANT ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE BY THEIR GUESTS WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE LIQUOR AND CANNABIS BOARD (WSLCB) STATUES AND THE LAWS OF THE CITY OF WOODINVILLE AND WILL INDEMNIFY HOLLYWOOD MANOR AGAINST ANY ACTIONS TAKEN DUE TO VIOLATIONS OF THESE STATUTES AND/OR LAWS.
