We are a family home, we are 2 adults. Rooms in a central location (2 blocks from Avenida Arequipa and 5 blocks from Angamos, access to buses). The bathroom (toilet and shower) is private and outside the room. The pipe is outside and shared. If 2 people are staying, it is in separate rooms that are not close. The second room has an interior window to the patio (see photos). We provide a kettle, microwave and refrigerator for food. Check-in at 2pm and check-out at 12pm, although it is flexible (ask). The space It's the home we live in. We believe it is an ideal space for those who come to Lima to work, the doctor or do paperwork, and they need a central place to sleep. Only the room with access to the bathroom is rented. Microwave, kettle and cold can only be used in the kitchen. Room 2 has a key, so you can leave your things safely. The main one doesn't. There's wifi in the two rooms. The second room overlooks an interior courtyard, so you can see people passing by, however it has a thick curtain that gives privacy. We ask you to see the attached photos and their descriptions. Third floor without an elevator.
