The space Safe, quiet and cozy place. Away from any kind of risk area and slopes. Gated community with security. The entire leisure area is private to the house. My husband and I stay in a fully equipped and totally independent suite in the residence to provide all logistical support if necessary and to do the maintenance that a house of this size requires, such as treating the pool, taking out the garbage according to the rules of the Condominium, changing shower resistors if any burn out, etc. In short, we support guests in case of need and do not interfere with the guests' routine, nor do we share any room in the house. We only interact if invited. **WE HAVE OUR OWN GENERATOR** WE LEAVE OUR GUESTS VERY COMFORTABLE, JUST CHECK THE COMMENTS LEFT BY THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY STAYED WITH US. Guest access The entire house: 2 En-Suites, 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, Pantry, Laundry, Swimming Pool, Barbecue, Living Room, Dining Room, Game Room, Covered Balcony on the 1st and 2nd floors, Garage/Parking, (your dog will be welcome, with 2 complimentary lodgings) Other things to note THE SOUND MUST BE AT NORMAL VOLUME FROM 9 AM TO 10 PM AND, IMPERATIVELY AT 10 PM IT MUST BE TOTALLY TURNED OFF, SO WE DO NOT ACCEPT NIGHT CELEBRATIONS ** EXCEPT ON NEW YEAR'S EVE AND CHRISTMAS EVE ** WE DO NOT ACCEPT PARTIES WITH A DJ OR LIVE MUSIC WITH AMPLIFIER. MUSIC WITH PROFANITY, OFFENSIVE LYRICS OR DRUG REFERENCES IS NOT ALLOWED. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED INSIDE A CONDOMINIUM AND WE HAVE TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **WE HAVE OUR OWN GENERATOR** OVER 16 PEOPLE, PRICE TO BE AGREED PER EXTRA PERSON, WITH A MAXIMUM OF 30 PEOPLE.
