ONE Mambo Number 12 is a luxury apartment right on the beach of the mega-popular Mambo Beach Boulevard. The apartment is part of ONE Mambo Residences and offers direct access to Mambo Beach Boulevard where you will find luxury shops, restaurants, beach clubs and miles of beach. The space Enjoy a relaxing stay in this stylish, modernly furnished apartment, perfectly located with direct access to the beach and the lively boulevard. The open living room with modern kitchen forms the heart of the apartment and offers access to the furnished private terrace. The living space combines a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all the daily necessities: a smart refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and kitchen utensils. The living room is equipped with very comfortable furniture and a smart TV. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king size bed and thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, there is sleeping accommodation for any EXTRA guests, up to a maximum of 4 people in total. Luxury bedding is provided, and there is plenty of storage space in the wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a luxury rain shower, toilet and sink. Amenities such as a hairdryer and towels are of course provided. Both the bedroom and the living room have air conditioning. There is also a washing machine in the apartment, as well as a steamer. Guests have access to the pool of ONE Mambo Residences and have free access to the beach of Mambo Beach. Private parking is available in the parking garage. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire apartment and terrace of ONE Mambo Number 12. Private parking is available from ONE Mambo Residences, and guests can use the shared swimming pool of ONE Mambo Residences. Other things to note There is a list in the apartment with contact details, house rules, practical info and standards of conduct that we expect from our guests. Check-in and check-out times may be flexible, depending on availability. Ask about the possibilities for this. For stays of 10 days or more, an interim cleaning of 75USD will be charged. On request, this can also be done more often. Ask us about the possibilities for this as well. Rates do not include 7% tourist tax. This must be paid upon arrival. As well as a deposit. Water and electricity is included. In case of excessive consumption, this will be deducted from the deposit. For stays of more than 2 guests, we will charge an additional fee of 50USD per night.
