Beach House 1 min walk to the beach w/ 3 bedrooms

The Rincon Surf House is a surfers/family vacation home. Located only a 1 minute walk to Rincons' beautiful marina beach. A one minute drive to world class surf at Marias, Dogmans, Indicators and Domes. Walking distance to coffee shops, juice and smoothie bar, restaurants and to the center of town. The marina is a short walk with stand up paddle board rentals, snorkeling and scuba trips at Taino divers and great restaurants. The space The House is very modern, clean and stylish. The inside is really comfortable with new beds, nice bedding, air conditioning, full kitchen, 1.5 baths w/t a hot outdoor shower. Each room has wall A/C units and ceiling fan including first floor. The space is very open and has a lot of natural light. Very spacious for accommodating a family or small group of friends. Good High speed WIFI with a mesh system to assure the connection is good everywhere in the house. Washer/dryer on site. There is a beautiful patio in front of the house with hammocks, palm trees, it is very quiet chill area for lounging and reading. The back yard is a private, lush space with palm trees, great for BBQing with outside seating. There is an outside hot shower to rinse off . Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including laundry and outside spaces. There is ample street parking in front of the house. Other things to note Very easy to get to from the airports. It is 30 minutes from Aquadilla Airport (BQN), 2 hours from San Juan (SJU). Hope to see you soon!
