The Neuk ~ A Modern Annex in Edinburgh

Nestled in the heart of Edinburgh, our modern 1-bedroom annex is attached to our family home, with its own front door entrance, via a shared garden path. The Neuk location will allow guests to enjoy easy access to a wide range of restaurants, high street shops, and entertainment facilities just 5 to 20 minutes away via excellent public transport. If you are feeling a little adventurous, you can also explore some stunning beaches on the East Coast with a 45 minute train journey away. The space Our newly renovated annex is styled with lots of home comforts, featuring a large corner sofa in a spacious living room, a modern bathroom, double bedroom, outdoor patio, private parking, excellent Wi-Fi access and a smart television. The Neuk will help you to feel right at home so you can unwind after a long day exploring the city. You have the choice of sitting out on the patio with a good book, a glass of wine, or retreat to the large comfy sofa after taking a relaxing soak in the tub. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire annex and patio during their stay. We offer self check in via a secure outdoor lock box ~ However, we will be around if there is anything you need during your stay! Other things to note Please note there is no kitchen access, however, there are tea & coffee making facilities, a microwave, and a small under counter fridge.
