Private kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, cafetiere, etc. Free & easy Parking on the driveway. Close to local shops and Park & Ride Bus. Short 15 minute journey to York City Centre approx The space Private Ground floor Unit with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Locking door to unit Bed linen, towels, soap, body wash provided. Ground floor kitchen with small dining table and chairs. This home is in a quiet residential area and is approx 15 mins by bus into the city centre. The Summer Dales Bus stop is a 5 mins walk. A help yourself breakfast is available of cereal and fruit. There is complimentary tea, coffee, and a welcome milk. Guest access There is no access to my garage, garden, or lounge. You enter the house through a shared main entrance. There is a white door with digital lock going into your private unit. No-one else has access to your unit of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Other things to note There is no freezer or washing machine. On request, my co-host can provide a service wash, dry and fold for £7 per 7kg for guests staying a couple of days. Guests staying 5 days or more can have one service wash each during their stay. No lounge, garage or garden access. Located in a residential area near school and shops.
