The ideal combination of privacy, comfort and beautiful surroundings makes our accommodation a perfect destination for families with children and quiet groups of friends. The space Luxury Forest House is a unique place surrounded by forest, just a few minutes from the town of Sázava and 45 minutes from Prague. The building consists of two separate houses: Main house: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso, spacious living room with 75" TV, PS5, Wi-Fi, fireplace, air conditioning in each room with modern amenities. Smaller house: 2 bedrooms, sauna (with the possibility of a steam sauna), small kitchen and relaxation room. Fitness room with large mirror and Bose. In the garden you will find a modern hot tub for 6 people, a fireplace, a grill, a trampoline and a children's playground. The whole house is equipped for maximum comfort – from a code lock and remote-controlled gate to modern air conditioning and quality technology. The place is ideal for families with children and quiet groups of friends looking for privacy, relaxation and nature. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, including both houses, garden, hot tub, sauna and all outdoor areas. Access is provided via a code lock, so check-in and check-out are flexible. Parking is available right next to the house. Other things to note Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m. The building is protected by outdoor security cameras (at the gate and on the driveway), the cameras do not interfere with private areas.
