We welcome you to our three-room apartment measuring 84 square meters, located 13 km from the Rho Exhibition Center, 30 km from Lake Como, 38 km from MXP and 1 km from the Cesate train station, which offers convenient access to Milan in 25 minutes. The apartment consists of: -spacious living room -fully equipped kitchen -2 full bathrooms with shower stalls -bedroom with a double bed -bedroom with 2 single beds -furniture unit with a pull-out bed (for €15) -balcony. There is no TOURIST TAX The space Modern three-room apartment perfect for short stays, ideal for families, groups of friends, or business trips. The accommodation includes: Two comfortable bedrooms, furnished with double or single beds and wardrobes. A bright living room with a sofa, TV, and dining area, perfect for relaxing or working. A fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. Two modern bathrooms, equipped with showers, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Located in a strategic area, close to main services and transportation, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and everything needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Guest access Guests will be able to conveniently access with self-check-in systems, they will find a key box on the gate from which they can take the keys and arrive independently at the booked apartment. Guests can conveniently park for free on the street, or they can opt for paid indoor parking with video surveillance. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Our structure is a holiday home managed in an entrepreneurial form, therefore it is necessary for tax purposes to provide the data for the issuance of a receipt or invoice in case the applicant is a VAT number. The final price includes VAT. Additional sheets for more than 4 people cost 15 euros, which must be paid as a supplement. If there are fewer than 5 of you and you wish to sleep separately and therefore request an extra bed, you will have to pay the 15-euro fee as a supplement. We can provide on advanced request with at least two days notice the following services: - linen change (at the cost of 15€ - cleaning during the stay (19€ - ta servizio - covered garage 15 a per night or private parking with video surveillance at 11 a - dog sitter - Bab s - Each guest has at his disposal during the stay a set of towels including face towel, guest and shower towel. - On request it is possible to admit small/medium/large animals at an additional cost of 10 animali - It is forbidden to stay in the apartment in a number of people higher than the one allowed and communicated before check-in, this involves the resolution of the reservation and the simultaneous removal with loss of the amount paid. - The return of the apartment after the predetermined time of over 10 minutes, if not previously agreed with the Management, will provide for the payment of Euro 50,00 for the "late check-out" corresponding to the cost of the lost cleaning.
