The flat comprises: a lounge/dining room with a double sofa bed and two armchairs a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster) a bedroom with a double bed a bathroom with shower and separate toilet The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift. The accommodation is equipped with mobile air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. Under normal conditions of use, they generally allow the indoor temperature to be lowered by approximately 5°c compared to the outdoor temperature. Nearby (approximately 100 metres) are the public car parks Gutenberg and Austerlitz (approximately 800 metres away). The entire property will be yours. Always with the aim of making your stay as comfortable as possible: cleaning will be provided, beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed kit will be available, clean towels will be provided, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel, free Wi-Fi connection. This historic district offers many local shops. House Rules: This is a non-smoking property. The use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, shisha pipes and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning costs. Pets are strictly prohibited. Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the sheets, general cleaning of the apartment and disinfection of the bathrooms. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the rubbish, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy the apartment. If you prefer not to do this yourself, you can order a "full cleaning" service of the apartment for €30 before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance and if these instructions are not followed, a penalty of €60 for cleaning costs will be charged. After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your identity document via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identities of the people staying do not match those of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse access to the property.
