Le Vaugrassin Gîte

Located on the edge of the forest and a stone's throw from Lake Trémelin, the Vaugrassin welcomes you for a quiet stay with family or friends. With 4 bedrooms (including a dormitory) and 3 bathrooms, the gîte can accommodate up to 12 people. Ideal base for many walks and hikes, you can also explore the Brocéliande forest and its legends. Calm, serenity and a return to the source will be at the rendezvous! The space Access to the cottage is through a private entrance, leading to a 2,000 m² garden, which is also private and not overlooked. The garden borders onto our donkeys' enclosure. At your disposal: garden furniture, deckchairs, hammocks, a BBQ, outdoor games (shuffleboard, pétanque, Mölkky, soccer goals, etc.) The cottage is a 1,615 sq. ft. stone farmhouse that can accommodate up to 12 people (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). • GROUND FLOOR - A living room with an equipped kitchen, a living area, and a large table that can seat all guests. - Wood-burning stove - Bedroom 1 with queen size bed and private bathroom. - Separate toilet. - A utility room with washing machine and dryer. • FIRST FLOOR - Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed and private bathroom. - Bedroom 3 with queen-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. Desk area. - Bedroom 4, the dormitory, with 6 single beds, 3 of which are on the mezzanine (we recommend a minimum age of 8 years to access it) - a shower room. - Separate toilet. • AMENITIES - WiFi - Bluetooth speaker - 2 portacots, 2 high chairs, baby bathtub - Books and board games for young and old - Information about the Brocéliande forest and hiking trails - 2 e-bikes available • THINGS TO NOTE - The beds are made upon your arrival, and each guest has a bath towel. Kitchen towels are also provided. - Filter coffee maker with a percolator side - No pets allowed. - This place is not intended for parties. • NEARBY - The vacation rental is located on the edge of the forest. It is an ideal starting point for many hikes, as well as for pleasant walks suitable for young children. The Pierre Longue menhir and the Moulin du Cast, for example, are a 10-minute walk from the vacation rental. - The gite is a stone's throw away from Lake Trémelin and its facilities (beach, tree climbing, canoeing, kayaking, pedal boating, restaurant). Accessible via bike paths, you can even walk there through the forest. - Within a 5 km radius, you will have access to natural and protected sites such as the Vallon de la Chambre au Loup, the Domaine de Careil bird sanctuary and the Boutavent archaeological site. - Le Vaugrassin is 20 minutes from the unmissable Brocéliande Forest, with its legends, its storytelling walks, its chateaus (Trécesson Château, Comper Château)… - Further afield, you can discover the city of Rennes (30 minutes), Saint-Malo (1 hour), the Gulf of Morbihan (1 hour 20 minutes), Mont Saint-Michel (1 hour 20 minutes), etc. We remain at your disposal before and during your stay for any questions or needs you may have. It can therefore be accessible to 2 PRM people (don't hesitate to contact us for more information) • Our house is part of the same old farmhouse as the cottage's farmhouse. Your independence and privacy will be preserved by private access, and by the garden, which has no opposite.
