Tiny House in Côte Roannaise (aircon, pool)

Hello everyone. Emilie and I would like to offer you a stay in our Tiny House, which we built ourselves. After living there for 2 years, we've now settled down. We'd be delighted to welcome you and let you enjoy, for a night or more, the minimalist but very comfortable living experience that this type of accommodation provides. The space Welcome to this charming tiny house, a haven of comfort nestled in the heart of nature. This little gem is equipped with everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. As soon as you walk through the door, you'll discover a cosy living room, with comfortable L-shaped seating, a coffee table and a well-stocked bookcase for your moments of relaxation. The kitchen is a real nugget, with a handy sink, electric built-in oven, BoB dishwasher, compact fridge, gas hob, Senseo coffee maker, and all the cutlery and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. A high dining table can seat up to four guests for convivial moments. For your comfort, there is a dressing room, a dry toilet, a shower to freshen up, and two comfortable mezzanines, each with a 140/190 double bed. Outside, a terrace with a dining table invites you to enjoy the surrounding countryside. Don't forget that the tiny house doesn't have wifi, but 4G is there to keep you connected to the outside world. What's more, in season, you can opt for a supplement and access our 11 x 5 metre in-ground swimming pool for some refreshing moments. If you wish, you can also prepare yourself a delicious breakfast for an additional €10 per person. Make the most of your stay in our tiny house to escape the daily routine and enjoy a unique experience close to nature. Guest access You have the whole Tiny at your disposal, as well as a parking space and a garden. For our motorcyclist and cyclist friends, you can park your motorbike or bicycle in our closed garage right next to the Tiny. In fine weather, we can offer you access to our swimming pool (extra charge, times to be agreed). Other things to note Ladder warning: ‘Please be advised that the ladders leading to the mezzanines are a little steep, so please take your time to climb them safely.’ Heating information: ‘The Tiny House is equipped with a thermostatic gas heater, already switched on for your comfort when you arrive. We also provide plaids to keep you warm.’ Summer air conditioning information: ‘For sunny days, air conditioning will be installed in spring 2025. It will be powered by solar panels, in complete autonomy, for environmentally-friendly comfort.’ On the kennels for the animals: ‘A small kennel located right next door will allow your four-legged companions to spend the night close to you, while having their own space outside the Tiny House 😉.’
