You have a modern living room-kitchenette, a 3-seater bunk bed and a convertible sofa bed for 2 people, a small enclosed and private outdoor area with garden, a petanque court and a large free parking lot under video surveillance. pets allowed. A perfect place to relax, share moments and discover the area in peace. The space 🏡 Description of the rooms of the Gîte d 'Amoé Living room / kitchenette: A friendly space with a small kitchenette equipped to prepare your meals. You will find a sofa bed (click-clack) offering two beds, as well as a lift-up and extendable coffee table accompanied by 5 folding chairs to share a convivial meal. Toaster, raclette/plancha machine, fondue machine, Senseo coffee maker. Open room: Accessible from the living room, it is furnished with a bunk bed (2 beds at the bottom 140 x 190 cm + 1 at the top 90 x 190 cm), ideal for children. There is also an office area, storage, and a shelf for your belongings. Bathroom: Functional and modern, it includes a shower, sink and toilet. A small fan heater and a hair dryer are provided. Sheets and towels are provided. the basic items are not provided (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). The gîte is next to horse pastures, it is forbidden to feed them, touch them or even enter the pasture, electrified fence on your guard. A CCTV camera is installed at the parking lot to monitor parked vehicles. It is oriented exclusively towards the parking lot and is not intended to film the interior of the gite or the private areas. We also ask that you respect our private property, access prohibited to cars and children. Guest access 🔑 Self check-in For more freedom, the gîte is equipped with a lockbox. On site, 1.3 hectares of land, secure paddocks and a water point are available to accommodate your horses in peace.
