Buzios Hillside Retreat

High end luxury house in a quiet condominium in Ferradura. Backing onto the jungle and affording magnificent sea views, this well equipped 3 (+1) bedroom house offers gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, Sky TV, Internet, barbecue and covered outside dining. All bedrooms have on suite bathrooms, sea views & quiet air conditioning. The main suite has an annexed lounge area which doubles as an office space. The kitchen revolves around a well appointed island with all amenities and equipment needed. The space I previously lived in Buzios for 11 years. We know many of the rental properties available in Buzios and know that the level of equipment in our house is far superior to that of similarly priced places. We're talking about bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery, furniture - the important stuff. Not to mention the general build and condition of the house without that damp smell associated with many houses in this region. I carefully chose the location and this house benefits from having morning and early afternoon sun on all rooms and not that lingering late afternoon sun that makes the bedrooms stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in. You can walk down to the beach in 15 mins and it is always quiet there early, for a morning run. All bedrooms have split A/C fitted. Guest access The house is built in a 640m2 (6888.9 sf.) of land. Obs. there is a lounge/TV room attached to the main bedroom which can sleep small children if needed. We offer an annex building, a self contained suite behind the main house which can sleep a couple.- Please enquire if required. Other things to note Please note that to keep things fair, our basic charge includes 4 guests, after the initial 4 there is a daily charge of R$100 per guest/per night, infants under 2 go free.. Please ensure that you enter the correct number of guests while requesting to stay.
