These spaces are not reserved for specific names and therefore cannot be guaranteed at the time of check-in. Private underground parking is also included with the accommodation. The parking space is reserved for registered guests, with a height limit of 1.85 m (6 ft). Parking is also generally quite easy on nearby streets. Parking there is paid during the day, then free after 7 p.m., as well as on Sundays and public holidays. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet condominium. It is therefore essential to respect the tranquility of the premises and the neighborhood. The accommodation is equipped with a noise sensor. This one does not record any conversations, but can alert us in the event of excessive and prolonged noise levels. Check-ins start at 4 pm and checkouts start before 11am. In case of arrival after 11:00 PM, please let us know in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are possible only upon request made at least 72 hours in advance and subject to our approval. Early check-in can be offered from 2:30 PM. Late check-out can be offered up to 12:30 PM at the latest. For organizational reasons, we cannot go beyond these times. If confirmed, this option will be subject to an additional charge of €20, added to the initial cost of your stay. Payment will be requested separately through Airbnb.
