The kitchen has a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, raclette machine, fondue machine. One of the bedrooms opens onto the deck. Bed 160 x 200. Outside, the cottage has a small space planted with shrubs on the street side, and 9 acres of land (very sloping, the other side of the medal of the beautiful view) on the forest and lake side (with 2 hammocks), with, under the terrace, a very small terrace, currently paved, which we want to evolve into a small pétanque court. Access to the lake can be done on foot, in 5 min, by a path that can be taken directly from the chalet. The main shops (bakery, butcher/delicatessen, supermarket, hardware store, gas station) are in Moirans en Montagne, 10 minutes by car. In Moirans there is also a health home with doctors, nurses, and a pharmacy. In Clairvaux les lacs (about 15 minutes by car), you will also find supermarkets, bakery, butcher/delicatessen, cheese factory, gas station, local products store (wooden objects, games and toys, food, etc.) and souvenirs (wooden village). In Orgelet (about 15 min drive): supermarket, bakeries, butcher/delicatessen, cheese shop, petrol stations. The lake region, at the gates of Upper Jura, lends itself to a multitude of outdoor activities: road biking, mountain biking, hiking, water activities (swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, water skiing, windsurfing, kite surfing, fishing...), climbing, Nordic skiing or skiing in winter (Nordic skiing at 30min, downhill skiing at 1 hour).
