Welcome to your shared home away from home in the heart of Utica! Small cozy private room with a full size bed. A comfortable stay just minutes from downtown and within walking distance of the Nexus Center, Wynn Hospital, and Utica College. Comfortable bed, fresh linens, and a relaxing atmosphere. You’ll have access to fast Wi-Fi internet and Spectrum TV app for your entertainment during your stay. Shared common areas, like, kitchen, bathroom, making it perfect for both short and extended stay. The space There is a male co-host, named Tijuan, who lives upstairs on the property. You will be sharing common areas with other guests during your stay, like bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. Tijuan will also have access to the property to clean up and make sure the place is tidy between and after each guest. This is a two-family home, so outdoor areas may also be shared. Please respect personal space. If the indoor trash is full, place garbage bags in the backyard bin. Extra bags are in the kitchen above the trash can. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me anytime. Please note: Smoking, loud music and weapons are not allowed on the property. Guest access You have access to the shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. Please make sure you clean up after yourself after each use and keep all shared areas neat and tidy for everyone’s comfort. Other things to note Must be 18 years or older to book. This is a shared property. Guests will share common areas with other guests staying in the home. A co-host lives on the property at all times. Only registered guests allowed. No extra visitors unless approved before arrival. No parties or events allowed. This is a quiet shared home, please respect other guests. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas. Please clean up after yourself in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living room, driveway, etc.). Parking is shared. Please park to the left side of the driveway and do not block other vehicles. Do not move furniture or decor. If moved, please return items to their original place. No illegal activity allowed on the property. We reserve the right to cancel the stay without refund if house rules are broken. Security cameras are located outside near the front door and driveway for safety purposes only.
