Studio Evalia

Studio Evalia is a peaceful cocoon, perfect for a solo getaway, a romantic duo or teleworking in the tropics. It includes a bright bedroom with shower room, kitchenette, private terrace, small desk, air conditioning and WIFI, hot water. Access to the garden and shared pool with the adjoining villa. Located in a quiet area five minutes from the sea, a supermarket and restaurants. Cleaning and laundry provided for complete relaxation. The space The studio is part of a large house consisting of a villa at the front and a studio on the side at the bottom of a small garden. It has its own terrace and privacy. It is new, fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Vacationers in the studio have access to the shared pool, wooden decking and deckchairs but not to the large terrace in front of the villa reserved for tenants of the villa only. The studio is separated from the villa by a door in the hallway that is soundproofed and locked. Evalia is in a peaceful area, and we insist on respect for other vacationers and neighbors. And the icing on the cake, a housekeeper takes care of cleaning, laundry and ironing 3 times a week for maximum relaxation. And it's included in the price! Other things to note I recall the presence of two small dogs confined in the driveway on site. Sam and Coco are playful and affectionate but are quickly brought back to order with a firm tone.
