There is a washing machine and dryer, a ski room, and a charging station for electric cars - wall box. The space Villa Roháčka is an ideal place for family celebrations, group holidays or joint stays with friends. Located in the heart of the picturesque Orava nature, it offers stylish, cozy and fully equipped accommodation in three separate apartments. The whole villa is designed in a modern mountain style with an emphasis on natural materials, plenty of light and comfort. You will have at your disposal: Apartment no. 1 – lower, for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer and complete dishes; kettle, toaster. Apartment 2 – large medium, two-room apartment for 6 people, kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, professional espresso and cappuccino machine and complete dishes. Apartment no. 3 – attic for 6 people, kitchen with electric stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and complete dishes. Each apartment has its own bathroom and toilet. For your convenience, basic spices are prepared in the kitchens, other foods you can bring according to your own taste. As a bonus, all guests can enjoy a shared wellness – a hot tub, Finnish sauna and relaxation zone are the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. Wooden elements, soft tones and beautiful views of forests and mountains complete the atmosphere of the home, only with fresh mountain air and a touch of Orava. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal, including a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The accommodation also includes private access to the wellness area – Finnish sauna, hot tub and relaxation area with sun loungers. Access to the apartment is provided by an electronic key with an individual access code, which you will receive after online check-in. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available for guests. Parking is provided right at the villa, while electric car owners can use the charging Wall Box. For active guests, we offer the possibility to rent 3 mountain electric bicycles on site (on request). Other things to note - each apartment has 1 reserved parking space. The place with the Wallbox is intended primarily for guests with an electric car - wellness zone (hot tub, sauna, relaxation zone) is common for all apartments – please be considerate of other guests - In the winter months there are sleds available for children, in the summer months bicycles - the whole property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed - the villa is ideal for family holidays, small groups of friends or teambuilding, but it is not suitable for noisy parties
