Polna Osada Nadkole II is a comfortable house for up to 9 guests, located just 40 minutes from Warsaw. It features 5 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. Guests can enjoy a heated pool, a terrace with a grill (available from April to October), and on-site parking. It’s the perfect spot to relax in nature, near the Liwiec and Bug rivers. Nearby attractions include kayaking, cycling routes, horse stables, and the Nadbużański Landscape Park. The space On the same grounds, there are four houses — each separated by a fence to provide privacy, comfort, and independence for every guest. All guests are welcome to use the shared facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and children’s playground. Guest access The property features four cottages, each separated by small fences for privacy. Every cottage has its own private wood-fired hot tub on the terrace. Guests also have access to a shared heated swimming pool (open from May to September), sauna, and gym. Other things to note A refundable deposit of 1000 PLN is required for each reservation. The deposit serves as security for any potential damage or loss that may occur during the stay. The full amount will be refunded after check-out, provided that the property and its equipment remain in good condition. If the value of damages exceeds the amount of the deposit, the Guest is financially responsible for covering the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged items. Firewood for the hot tub is not included in the stay price. Guests may bring their own firewood or purchase it on-site for 150 PLN per pack (approx. 2 uses). Please note that outdoor and leisure equipment (e.g. grill, hammock, terrace furniture) may differ from what is shown in the photos. This is due to natural wear from guest use and the seasonal availability of certain items. Outdoor equipment is available seasonally – typically from April to October. Whenever replacements are made, we provide items of equivalent standard and functionality.
