The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials to make your stay feel just like home. A selection of board games to keep little ones entertained, while adults can relax on the sun deck with a coffee or a glass of wine. There are three bedrooms – two doubles, and a twin – sleeping up to six guests in total comfort. There’s a family bathroom on the first floor, plus an en-suite shower room off the double bedroom and a separate downstairs shower room with WC offers plenty of space for everyone. You’ll also have private off-road parking for up to three cars, a rare find this close to the beach. And if you're arriving by train, Normans Bay station is just a short 0.7 mile walk away, with direct trains from London Victoria to Normans Bay taking approximately taking 1 hour 43 minutes, making the house an easy and stress-free destination for a weekend break or longer stay. Guest access Entry instructions will be given 3 days prior to your check in date. Other things to note Lost keys will be charged at £25.00 per set. There is also a travel cot with a cosy mattress (used at guests own risk) but you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and ensure that doors and windows are closed to prevent smoke from entering. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and comfortable for all guests. While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time. Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.
