This peaceful accommodation, completely renovated in an old farm, offers a warm and welcoming stay. Great place to recharge, enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature. You will be seduced by the proximity to the sea, forest, fortified towns, fishing ports and shops. Come and discover our farm animals, enjoy the playground available for your children or the petanque and volleyball courts. The space Independent gîte including: • Spacious and bright living room open to a functional and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster... All embellished with a pellet stove, ideal for a warm atmosphere and optimal comfort in any season. • A bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, and washing machine. •Separate toilet. - Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: • One bedroom with 1 double bed (160×200), 1 single bed (90×190) and 1 crib • A second bedroom with 1 double bed (160 × 200) and 2 single beds (90 × 190) - a bathroom, with bathtub, towel dryer, toilet. • Enclosed and private garden, without neighbors, with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. • Baby equipment: highchair, baby bath, changing mat. • board games. In order to better organize your stay, we invite you to let us know your choice of options no later than a week before your arrival. This will allow us to prepare everything in the best possible way to meet your expectations. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need help making your selection. Regarding check-out, You can check out until 10:00 a.m. The cleaning fee is included in your stay, with the exception of the kitchenette, which is your responsibility. Please return the accommodation in a clean condition. In particular, we ask that you: - Do the dishes and put them away. - Empty the dishwasher - clean and tidy the kitchenette. - Empty the garbage cans and place them in the designated containers. - Put the furniture back in its place if any furniture was moved. If the accommodation is returned in a state requiring significant cleaning or if these instructions are not followed, a deduction may be made from the security deposit to cover the additional restoration costs.
