Lovely quiet , Price is for 2 people can sleep 3 £20 a night extra for 3 rd adult , Children no extra cost sofa can go into 2 single beds The space Bran new built 2025 , completely fully functional kitchen , sofas, island for dining and double comfy bed! Separate shower room. strictly no smoking inside annex, welcome to smoke in garden. 65 inch tv , WiFi , watch all your favourite Netflix ! Jungle themed room to make it more cosy , darts if you like to play too . Also cooking facilities. Welcome to share garden in the summer months we will also use the garden at times , we are very sociable people . Guest access Guest are welcome to sit outside weather permitting, we also will use the garden & hot tub odd in the warmer months also have a little dog Poppy who loves everyone. Other things to note Strictly no pets as I have a very nervous little dog poppy who is frightened of other dogs
