The Beach House is situated on the beautiful island of Alderney. Please note that whilst Alderney is part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, it is a separate island. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the house, gardens and driveway. Other things to note 🌟 Good to Know Before You Arrive We want your stay to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Here are a few useful things to note: 🚗 Access • The house is situated down a rustic, uneven lane – perfectly charming, but a little rough and bumpy! The beach is reached at the start of the lane to the house, a few minutes walk away. • Please be aware there are a few steps leading up to the house. 🛻 Transport • There is no public transport on Alderney, but local taxis are available. That said, it’s a very walkable island, and exploring on foot is part of the charm. Not all taxis will drive along the lane, they’ll wait at the end for you. It’s only a few minutes walk and the perfect opportunity to spot the blond hedgehogs! 🏡 About the House • This is a characterful old stone house, so expect a little rustic charm along with the amazing views! • In the kitchen you’ll find cooking basics: salt, pepper, oil, and a wide range of dried herbs and spices to make you feel at home.
