The space The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A large living room of around 50 m² with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge with fireplace. - A second, partially open lounge-library, with piano, guitar and lots of books on hand - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine - A landing room with children's games and storage for coats and shoes - A bathroom with bath First floor: - Bedroom 1 (16 m²): with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2 (10 m²): queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3 (10 m²): with two single beds (twin beds) and a bunk bed (sleeps two) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, travel cot, ironing board and iron. The house faces due south and offers uninterrupted views over the typical Cotentin bocage countryside. It is also 25 minutes from Granville and Saint-Lô, 20 minutes from Villedieu-les-Poêles, and less than an hour from Mont-Saint-Michel and the D-Day landing beaches.
