Every detail has been carefully designed to combine comfort, modernity, and a warm atmosphere. 🛏️ Capacity & Bedding The house accommodates up to 4 people: - Master suite (king-size bed 180x200) with private bathroom (double shower) - Children's bedroom with two single beds (90x180, suitable for ages 0 to 17) + play area (books & toys) 👉 The second bedroom is dedicated to children. Other things to note - No smoking: a designated smoking area is provided outside. - Pets: pets are not allowed. - Parties and noise pollution: this house is semi-detached, so please respect the neighbors' peace and quiet. Parties and events are not permitted to preserve the peace and quiet of the house and the neighborhood. Please keep noise levels down, especially after 10 p.m., to ensure everyone's rest in the evening and at night. - Number of guests: only the people indicated at the time of booking are permitted to stay in the house.
