Bucolic stone house, all-inclusive stay

Peaceful accommodation offering a relaxing stay for the whole family and couples looking for a unique holiday, in a charming little village surrounded by nature. The decor is very neat, the house has been completely renovated. The upscale amenities and the pretty garden of more than 400m2 will make your vacation unforgettable . A bathroom on each floor, a master suite and two small attic bedrooms, as well as a superb kitchen and a warm living room! The space Very nice place with a sought-after and original decor. Old stone house with a ceiling height varying from 1m 50 to 2m 50. The upper bedrooms as well as the bathroom are intended rather for children up to 1m 50 or for teenagers. 2 beds of 90cmx190cm in each bedroom, which can be brought together. If adults sleep there, you'll need to pay attention to the through beam. Each floor has a shower room. A sofa, with a real mattress, in the living room on the ground floor sleeps 2 extra people or an elderly person (140cmx190cm bed). A large master suite on the 1st floor with a superb shower and a bed of 180cmx2m. Everything is included in the price: bed and towels, coffee and tea, oil, vinegar, spices and basic food (pasta, rice, etc.). Super equipped kitchen and outdoor furniture (table and chairs + sun loungers, charcoal barbecue, etc. Full cleaning is also included. In case of a stay of more than 2 weeks, additional sheets will be provided. 10 minutes from the small town of Brioude with all shops and restaurants, also close to some of the most beautiful villages in France. Ideally located between 5 departments: Loire, Puy-de-Dôme, Cantal, Lozère and Ardèche. 50 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand. Possibility to offer a discount if not in use of the upper part (2 bedrooms and 1 shower room). The house has a wooden staircase on 2 floors. Possibility to park one or two cars outdoors or 1 car indoors (3mx3m passage). I am normally on site for the key upon arrival and if I am not available, the code for the lockbox will be given to you before your arrival.
