Come and recharge your batteries in this charming house in the countryside, recently renovated with taste. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 6 people. You will appreciate the calm of the place and the proximity of the magnificent gorges of the Allier, perfect for outdoor activities. After a day of adventure, enjoy the sauna, a peaceful haven for body and soul. The space The house is composed, on the ground floor, of a large warm living room open to 🍽️the optimized kitchen and very well equipped for large feasts. The little gem of this room is the old vaulted cellar where you can enjoy a glass of good wine around the barrel. 🚿From there, you will have access to a first bathroom, shower, double sink and a separate toilet. 🛌A beautiful staircase gives you access to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 bedrooms, double beds, a dressing room in each bedroom, as well as the office and the second shower room. 🧖‍♀️Finally on the second floor you will find the large "relaxation" room with a TV area and sauna! ☀️A large garden (not enclosed) perfectly complements this house where you will have the opportunity to have lunch in the sun or in the shade of the large parasol. A barbecue (charcoal) is available for grilling so much appreciated on vacation. Deckchairs will also be lent to you to continue reading your best book while listening to the birds singing. For the more athletic, the house is located at the start of beautiful hikes and the gorges of the Allier are not far away for lovers of swimming and canoeing. The Clos d'Aboulin will be perfect for relaxing, breathing, discovering and sharing. NOTE: outdoor amenities are in progress but will not disturb the serenity of the place. Guest access The accommodation will be accessible to you in its entirety except for the garages and the non-renovated part of the house. Other things to note The place doesn't have wifi but the shared connection works. An extra charge of €15 per night is charged for electricity, wood and heating in winter.
