Renovated barn to make it your intimate and charming cocoon, wood, old stone and breathtaking views await you. Located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc, between Monts de Lacaune and the Sidobre, beautiful walks, lakes or villages are to be discovered. The space In this isolated hamlet in the middle of the forest, Charlotte and Laurent warmly welcome you. Do you want nature? Hiking or biking? To take the time to listen to the birds sing? Or to enjoy by the fire? "Parenthèse en Forêt" invites you to a total disconnection! Particularly suitable for a couple, the "Canopée" lodge is equipped for 2 people (possibility to stay with a baby). You will find a large loft-style room with kitchen, dining area and living room as well as a bedroom with its shower room. The toilet is separate. Heating is exclusively by wood burning stove and wood is provided. The bed is by default 160 x 200 but can be arranged into two single beds of 80 x 200 (upon request). There is also a beautiful private terrace that opens up to stunning views of the forest, more than 6m high. Enjoy the stars and nature in peace. The beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be available to you. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to spend a few days comfortably, coffee maker, kettle, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sponge, dishwashing liquid, board games, etc... All in organic, eco-responsible and as local as possible. A baby kit (0-2 years) can be provided free of charge upon request. 10 m from the lodges, you will have 1 space in our covered parking lot as well as an EV charger (type 2). We love animals and would love to welcome your four-legged companion. You can come with only one animal per accommodation. We provide you with a bowl, basket and towels to travel light with your four-legged companion. For the well-being of all, we have a few simple rules: - Your pet must be clean and non-destructive. - Please do not leave them alone in the accommodation. - If your dog is a little too curious about our other animals (chickens, dogs and cats), it will be necessary to keep it on a leash. Please keep in mind that we are surrounded by nature, without fences, which means that your companion will be able to enjoy the great outdoors and forest trails. We hope you have a pleasant stay and that your pet feels at home! In a process of preserving nature, the environment and resources, we are equipped with phyto-purification sanitation and photovoltaic panels for total electricity production. We live there, we can answer any of your questions or concerns. Guest access You will have the entire accommodation and a private terrace. We have 9 hectares of forest that are accessible but shared with the other 2 lodges and us. Please note that there are animals on site (dogs, cats, free-range chickens and goats in an enclosure). The land is not fenced. Other things to note * Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation, but note that the 4G network is bad for all operators. * Upon prior request, a baby kit can be provided to guests. This kit includes: - 1 baby cot with sheet, - 1 deckchair, - 1 bathtub, - 1 high chair, - gate for the stairs, - 1 baby monitor. * The accommodation is not suitable for people in wheelchairs but it is located on the ground floor, so OK for people with reduced mobility. * On request, we offer breakfast, aperitif or vegetarian baskets.
