Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the house is the perfect location for 1 or 2 families who want to enjoy Lake Michigan and nearby St. Joseph and South Haven tourist towns. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath property has a master bathroom with large tub and separate shower, washer and dryer in the house free for use, and a lovely open kitchen, dining, living room hang out together space. Come relax! The space The house features an open kitchen connected to a comfortable dining room area and spacious living room with television. Outside is a patio deck with bbq grill for dining, and a comfortable fire pit area for camp fire, or just wine relaxing time. Large lawn for kiddos to run around and have water gun or tag playing time. The Master Bedroom has a large Master Bathroom, the other two bedrooms both use a nice size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Great air conditioning. Halfway between St. Joseph and South Haven, two beaches within 2 mins and Van Buren State Park just a 15min drive. Great place to get away from it all, while having fun nearby. Guest access House, all spaces, full yard. In the back of the property there's a year-round tenant, she's lovely and is used to the rentals, she just has the apartment above the garage and the garage. You have full run off the house and the yard, so please enjoy yourself fully. Other things to note WiFi and a charging station easy to use, usb plugs for charging also in bedside lamps. Coffee maker can make a pot, single or bring your own k-pods. TV has all the popular apps built in, so simply log in and watch... Just remember to log out!
