It has 1 suite: queen bed, single, living room/bedroom with sofa bed and separate barbecue area (curtain), kitchen, barbecue, pool table, work table, fiber optic Wi-Fi and terrace. The guest will have access to the pool and the outdoor area. 45 min from SP and 15 from S. Roque. For 8 people we also rent the yellow house. We are 953 meters above sea level in a mountain climate, ideal for enjoying the cold or spending the night around the fire. It's a place to enjoy tranquility with the family. Children love to enjoy domestic animals (chickens) and wild animals such as marmosets, squirrels and birds that roam the trees. A cul-de-sac with only one entrance, giving residents security and privacy. Guest access The guest will have access to the house, the pool and the area around it. Only the guest will use the outdoor area. It won't be shared with anyone else. Other things to note We do not provide bed and bath linens for a 1-night stay. We have pillows and blankets. Guests will find the place clean and with all the necessary utensils for their stay.
