The space Our single apartment offers 19 m² of modern and comfortable accommodation, ideal for solo travelers. The apartment was built in 2023 and is equipped with everything you need for a stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and create a bright, friendly atmosphere. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, and all necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, allowing you to start your day comfortably. For added comfort, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth on cooler days. Guest access Using the digital access system, you can arrive anytime from 3 p.m. You will receive the access data via email before your arrival. Other things to note Please note that everything you need will be provided upon arrival: fresh bed linens, towels, cooking utensils, and a basic supply of toilet paper. We are happy to offer an intermediate cleaning service upon request and for a fee. You will also find vending machines with drinks, coffee, and food, as well as a laundry room equipped with washing machines. The latter are also available for a fee. There are nine parking spaces directly in front of our building. You are welcome to use one of them free of charge. If these are already occupied, there is a public parking lot 50 meters away with another 30 spaces. The S-Bahn station is 50 meters away.
