Privately owned Villa on the grounds of the world class Hotel Punta Islita

Come enjoy your own private villa on the grounds of the luxurious Hotel Punta Islita, a signature marriott hotel. With you own wading pool, you will never stay hot for long. The villa boasts 2 large bedrooms. The first having a king bed with its own bathroom suite. The second one features 2 queen beds, also with its own bathroom suite. There is also a powder room bathroom in the living room as well. You are welcome to use all of the hotel amenities. There is room service you can order as well. The hotel itself has 3 pools - one is in the world class spa. If you have never had a massage on the beach, you are missing out!! :) Punta Islita is 20 minutes from the tourist town of Samara. It is about 1.5 hours away from Nosara to the north, 2 hours from Tamarindo, and 1 hour from Santa Theresa/Mal Pais. Please ask me any questions you want regarding the hotel, villa, and the local area. When the hotel rents our villa for us, they charge $650-1000 a night, so our rate is fantastic in lieu of going through the hotel. The villa itself sits on an amazing golf course. There are mango trees and starfruit tree just below the villa that you can help yourself to at anytime. It is a short walk through the golf course to the Pacific Ocean. There are plenty of activities to do daily. From Zip lining, horse back riding, kayaking, and surfing, plus many more things. There are multiple restaurants on site, along with a few local ones in the small quaint town of Punta Islita. Fresh local fish can be picked up from the next town over right off the boats! Our villa will give you a memorable time in Costa Rica. You wont want to leave! :)
