Originally built in the early 1900s as a private house, Higher Trapp has been magnificently converted into a country hotel with 29 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 2 function rooms and a locally renowned restaurant. An ideal base for countryside walks, the hotel is also just 5 minutes from junction 8 of the M65, and a short drive from Manchester’s city center, making it an ideal choice for both business and pleasure. Our Standard Plus Double rooms mix traditional and modern décor to make you really feel at home. These rooms have crisp cotton sheets, private bathrooms, tea/coffee making facilities, Nespresso Machine, large Smart TV and free internet. Please note, some of the rooms are located in an annex building.
