The space Our house is familiar and was made with great affection by the daughter who is an architect, mother, plastic artist and father who is in the carpenter and master of works. Our apartment is on the first floor on a very nice balcony with a big tree in the front. The balcony and windows have no screens. Our house is in a condominium with total security and infrastructure: spectacular swimming pool, barbecue grills (3), playground, sports courts, soccer field, parking (3 spaces per apartment). Lots of open space, hiking trails and trees in the condominium. All the necessary external infrastructure is nearby! Genipabu beach is heavenly, with natural pools at low tide. Guest access The condominium offers leisure areas such as swimming pools, barbecue grills (at extra cost), a game room, playground, walking circuit, soccer field, and sports courts. It is a paradise! Other things to note Children often come to our house, but we don't have a protective screen. Electricity will be paid according to the consumption of the guests, by photographing the meter upon arrival at the property, or per night, if you do not want the correct count.
